Ciubara Serghei – The Story of a Successful Journey

My name is Ciubara Serghei, I was born in 1990 and I come from the Republic of Moldova. In 2019, I decided to make a major change in my life.

The first step was to choose another country where I could build my future. I chose Germany, a place where I dreamed of finding new opportunities and growing personally and professionally.

The First Steps in Germany

 

My journey began in April 2019, when I got a job at a courier company, where I worked dedicatedly until December that year. At the beginning of 2020, I tried to find my place in the construction field, but after six months, I realized it was not the right path for me. This realization opened up new horizons, and at the end of 2020, I joined a team in the furniture delivery and assembly field. I worked there until June 2023, a period that helped me discover new skills and strengthen my desire to help people.

 

Entering the Business World

 

During my time in the furniture sector, I had the chance to meet the company Enete GmbH, where I was offered a partnership. I saw an opportunity to help people save money while building a future for myself. Although I didn’t fully understand how this world worked at first, the desire to help and be rewarded for it was a strong motivation to learn and grow. The first few months were difficult, but with the support of my first clients – to whom I am grateful for their trust and loyalty – I was able to move forward.

 

Studying Insurance and Founding the MDA Team

 

In 2021, my desire to offer complete solutions to my clients led me to begin studying insurance in Germany, in collaboration with FG Finanz Service. I wanted to respond to their needs and no longer say no when it came to insurance. This decision marked an important stage in my career, allowing me to offer clients a wide range of services.

 

In 2022, I founded the MDA TEAM, a community of wonderful, talented, and professional people from various fields. Our goal is to be a united force capable of offering our clients high-quality support and services. Together we grow and develop in our fields, continuously bringing in more specialists to meet every client’s need.
