2. Services of the Provider
The provider offers consulting services in the field of telecommunications and financial services.
Furthermore, the provider makes available on its website comparison calculators of TARIFCHECK24 GmbH and CHECK24 Vergleichsportal GmbH.
The provider does not act as a contractual partner for these services, but merely provides access to the comparison calculators.


3. Contractual relationship with third parties
Contracts concluded via the integrated comparison calculators are concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective third party. The provider assumes no liability for the content, prices, or conditions of these third parties.


4. Obligations of the customer
The customer undertakes to provide all necessary information for consultation truthfully and completely. False or incomplete information may lead to exclusion from consultation.


5. Remuneration
Unless otherwise agreed, consulting services of the provider are free of charge for the customer. The provider may receive commissions or referral fees from third parties. This does not affect the objectivity of the consultation.

8. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Jurisdiction is the provider’s place of business, if legally permissible.
